Behavior Therapist

The primary role involves implementing individualized therapy plans using naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (Ndbi) to help children on the autism spectrum develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also include collecting progress data, maintaining center organization, and communicating effectively with caregivers.

Candidates must be available to work monday through friday between 8

00 am and 4:30 pm and must possess a strong desire to learn and advance in autism therapy. Preferred qualifications include a degree in psychology or education, experience with children, and the physical ability to perform active tasks like crawling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
