Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting following bcba-Developed treatment plans. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system, managing breaks, and maintaining professional relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent availability monday through friday. While rbt/Cbt certification is preferred, it must be obtained within 60 days of employment, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
