College Counselor - IDEA Los Encinos College Prep (26-27)

The college counselor executes the graduation plan and college enrollment for assigned students by deploying initiatives to educate them about college and help navigate the research, admissions, and enrollment process. Key accountabilities include ensuring 100% of graduates matriculate to a college/University and achieving specific matriculation rates for tier i/Tier ii institutions.

A bachelor's degree is required, though a master's degree is preferred, along with at least one year of required college access experience and preferred k-12 teaching experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with students and families.
