The school monitor is primarily responsible for ensuring student safety through supervisory monitoring during various times of the day, including before/After school, lunch, and recess. Key duties involve maintaining an orderly environment, monitoring student movement, assisting with lunch service logistics, and communicating behavioral concerns to administration.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and should enjoy working with children, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to manage students firmly and fairly. Prior experience working with students is preferred.
