Transitional services coord

The transitional services coordinator supervises a caseload of approximately 14-24 students, assisting with court hearings, coordinating visits, and meeting with students to review progress. This role also serves as the primary program liaison between the student, guardians, and agency officials while providing regular progress documentation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher to be considered for this position. Applicants are also required to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, and tb test.
