Intensive Home-Based Service (IHBS) Worker

The worker provides direct support and encouragement to children and families in their home environments through case management to address specific needs and prevent out-Of-Home placements. Essential duties include visiting homes, monitoring child well-Being, collaborating on crises, and ensuring compliance with contractual service requirements.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in child and family services or home visiting programs. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, be able to travel extensively, and handle confidential information while working varied hours including nights and weekends.
