Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills like communication and social interaction while actively reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate, patient, and compassionate individuals, at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, capable of passing background checks and obtaining necessary certifications like cpr and first aid. The role requires significant physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements.
