Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include providing direct client care in 1

1 and group settings by implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols, and collecting, recording, and summarizing client behavior data. The role also involves assisting with parent/Caregiver training and ensuring timely documentation is completed according to procedures.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly.
