Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide direct 1

1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, strictly following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing observable client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment and must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants need reliable transportation, must be at least 18 years old, and must be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and frequent floor work.
