Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include providing direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols, and collecting and recording client behavior data. The role also involves assisting with parent training, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Physical requirements include the ability to get up and down from the floor, lift up to 50lbs, and move quickly if necessary for client safety.
