Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide direct 1

1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols for skill acquisition and reduction. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days and must have a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants need reliable transportation, must be at least 18, and must be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly.
