Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder to help them develop essential communication, social, and daily-Living skills. Responsibilities include implementing individualized therapy programs designed by bcbas, collecting data, and actively engaging children through creative, play-Based methods.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance, with the ability to travel to other clinics if assigned. The position requires high energy, physical capability (Bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 pounds), and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
