Direct Support Professional

The role involves providing one-To-One direct support services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to maximize their independence, acting as a mentor and role model for socially acceptable interactions. Duties include implementing support plans, assisting with daily challenges, and ensuring personal safety and well-Being within their home and community.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a human services field such as education, psychology, or social work, along with experience working with individuals with autism, though experience is not strictly required. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance may also be necessary on a case-By-Case basis.
