Coord,Student & Graduate Svcs

This role involves providing guidance and advisement services to ph.d. Students in the psychology department, managing graduate admissions, maintaining student records, and serving as the department liaison to the office of graduate studies (Ogs). Key duties also include coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting with program events like orientation and research day, and managing department catalog and assistantship contracts.

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or ged plus at least 7 years of directly related experience, though accredited degrees above this level can substitute for experience year-For-Year. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with advisement, student records, graduate program policies, and proficiency in unm systems like banner, access database management, and microsoft office.
