Student Nurse Associate-Summer Intern

The role involves working directly with a nurse preceptor to implement nursing orders within scope and providing patient comfort and safety through preventative measures according to unit standards. Responsibilities also include accurate data entry and timely communication of patient observations and condition changes to the mentoring nurse.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully completed their junior year in an accredited bsn nursing program, maintaining a minimum 3.0 gpa. Applicants are also required to possess a current aha basic life support card.
