MTC Teacher Trainer - Language - Spanish (Part-time)

Teacher trainers are lead support individual contributors responsible for ensuring in-Residence missionaries receive effective training by leading teachers, conducting individual and group trainings, and facilitating ongoing improvement and coaching of teacher performance. This role also involves assisting in overseeing the work of 10-15 teachers.

Required qualifications include 6 months of experience as a pre-Mtc teacher, being a returned missionary fluent in a non-Native language (Spanish in this case), and demonstrating knowledge of mtc language learning strategies and training principles. Applicants must also possess strong communication, organizational, technology, interpersonal, and leadership skills, along with a solid understanding of 'preach my gospel'.
