Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) (Los Angeles)

The bcaba will lead and supervise clinical care provided by behavior technicians/Registered behavior technicians for a manageable caseload of 10 to 15 clients, while maintaining a minimum of 25 billable hours per week. This role involves supporting assessments and treatment plan implementation under the guidance of a bcba and ensuring high-Quality, ethical service delivery.

Candidates must possess an active board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) certification from the bacb and should preferably have prior experience in applied behavior analysis (Aba). Strong communication, teamwork skills, and comfort traveling throughout los angeles and orange county are also required.
