The occupational therapist will provide direct, individualized, and evidence-Based early intervention services to infants and toddlers (Birth to 3 years) with or at risk for developmental delays in their homes and community settings. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary assessments, developing ifsps, tracking progress, and acting as a service coordinator for the family.
