Middle School Special Education Teacher

The teacher is responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment, providing instruction, support, and guidance focused on students’ individual needs as defined by their individualized education program (Iep). This includes actively working with students and parents to advance learning and managing all required special needs compliance documentation.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree and an active state teaching license with a special education endorsement, along with the ability to clear a required background check. Candidates must also be able to work independently, maintain a professional home office, and demonstrate proficiency in standard microsoft office applications.
