Instructional Aide → 26/27 SY

The instructional aide will provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to k-12 students in a special education program, collaborating with educators to implement individualized education programs (Ieps). Responsibilities include implementing individualized instruction, monitoring student progress, managing behavior, and assisting students in developing essential life skills.

A high school diploma or equivalent with passage of a basic skills test is required, though an associate degree or higher in education is preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain a state driver's license and company-Approved crisis management training certification, with prior experience in special education or behavioral health settings being highly desirable.
