Core responsibilities

Trainees will learn all functions of the community employment services program, providing coaching, training, and support to participants to promote independence at their work sites. Responsibilities also include developing individual service plans (Isps), monitoring progress, identifying job sites, educating employers, and collaborating on billing submissions.

Requirements summary

Candidates should have experience in human services or a related field, which is strongly desired, along with a satisfactory driving record, a current driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle for frequent in-State driving. Applicants must also be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and demonstrate proficiency in microsoft office word, excel, and outlook.
