Swim Instructor

The instructor will lead swim classes in the water, focusing on ensuring safety, fun, and skill progression for all participants using organized lesson plans. Key duties include teaching proper swimming techniques, encouraging growth, providing feedback to swimmers and parents, and maintaining organized equipment.

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years old and possess the ability to swim at an intermediate level, verified by a skills evaluation. Preferred qualifications include lifeguard and swim instructor certifications, alongside a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
