RBT II

The registered behavior technician ii will provide direct one-On-One therapy to clients across various settings, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas. Key duties include accurate data collection, monitoring progress, utilizing behavior reduction techniques, and assisting clients in acquiring functional skills.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess an active registered behavior technician certification through the bacb, along with a minimum of six months of experience. Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are necessary, alongside the physical capacity to manage client behaviors and mobility requirements.
