Behavior Therapist (BT/RBT)

Provide one-On-One therapy to clients across various settings by implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas to address specific goals. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting data, tracking progress, utilizing behavior reduction techniques, and assisting clients in acquiring functional and social skills.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and meet the minimum requirement of a high school diploma or ged, along with eligibility for rbt certification. Physical requirements include the capacity to move quickly, respond to aggressive behavior, and lift up to 50 pounds.
