RBT II

The role involves providing one-On-One therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) in various settings, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas, and accurately collecting data on client behaviors. Responsibilities also include assisting clients in acquiring functional skills and providing training to parents or caregivers on behavior intervention techniques.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and helping others, along with a high school diploma or ged and an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb. A minimum of six months of experience is required, along with strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, plus the physical capacity to manage client behaviors.
