Behavior Therapist (BT/RBT) - Hiring Event

Responsibilities also include utilizing approved behavior reduction techniques, assisting in skill acquisition, and training parents/Caregivers on intervention strategies.

Candidates must possess a passion for working with children and meet all bacb eligibility requirements to obtain rbt certification, including passing the certification exam within the training period. Essential qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the physical capacity to manage client interactions safely, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
