Special Education RISE Teacher - IDEA Palmview Academy (26-27)

The teacher will be responsible for adapting lessons, developing and implementing individualized education programs (Ieps), tracking student progress through formal and informal assessments, and coordinating related services for their caseload. They must also provide resources, education, training, and emotional support to families to prepare them for long-Term plans.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and hold valid texas state certification in special education, along with appropriate core content certification or competency worksheet. Experience in a special education classroom setting with students who have significant disabilities is strongly preferred.
