1st Grade Teacher - IDEA Parmer Park Academy (26-27)

Teachers are responsible for ensuring every student masters necessary academic and social skills by planning and delivering purposeful, rigorous instruction aligned with state standards and idea curricula. This includes assessing mastery, tracking progress, analyzing data for adjustments, and maintaining a powerful, positive learning environment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate high content-Area proficiency, preferably with k-12 classroom experience. Teachers of record for k-3 must obtain appropriate reading academies certification in accordance with tea requirements or be willing to obtain it.
