Testing Coordinator - IDEA Brownsville College Prep (26-27)

The testing coordinator ensures 100% of students take all appropriate tests in an environment conducive to standardized testing, coordinating with campus partners to secure necessary accommodations for eligible students. This role involves creating and communicating campus testing plans, managing assessment materials, leading staff training on testing policies, and ensuring compliance with all district, state, and national assessment guidelines.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with 48+ college credit hours preferred, and educational or testing experience is valued. Required competencies include superior organizational and time management skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, clear verbal and written communication, and the capacity to solve problems in the moment.
