Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the guidance of a clinical supervisor, focusing on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction. This involves providing direct treatment, accurately recording progress data, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, including written and field evaluations. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred.
