Registered Behavior Technician

Provide onsite services to participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities using evidence-Based and data-Driven methodologies, including modeling and implementing behavioral support strategies specified in the behavior plan. Collect data on progress, prepare progress reports, and provide structured written feedback to clinicians regarding the effectiveness of the behavior plan.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and successfully complete a 40-Hour behavioral technician training, along with holding a valid driver's license with a satisfactory record. Knowledge of positive behavior supports and the ability to implement behavior plans independently are essential.
