Behavioral Support Specialist (1099/ Part-time Contract) - Montgomery, Delaware and Chester County!

Behavior support specialists conduct functional behavioral assessments and collaborate with teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at reducing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement skills. They are also responsible for ongoing assessment, program design, monitoring of treatment interventions, and data collection.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis, along with at least one year of experience developing and implementing fbas and pbsps, requiring applied behavioral analysis experience. A license and vehicle are mandatory, and licensure as a behavior specialist or bcba is preferred.
