Copy of Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) Bellevue - $2,500 Sign On Bonus

The certified behavior technician will directly support students with autism spectrum disorder in academic and behavioral settings by implementing individualized treatment programs designed by bcbas. Responsibilities include assisting teachers with ieps/Bips, supporting daily tasks, collecting performance data, and participating in parent education groups under bcba supervision.

Candidates must possess a current washington state cbt license and are preferred to have a minimum of 12 college credit hours in aba, psychology, or education, with a bachelor's degree being strongly preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to maintain student safety, potentially implement cpi procedures, and lift 35+ pounds.
