Teacher - Community Youth Services - Per Diem - Flex - CYS

The role involves developing and leading classroom activities and developmentally appropriate programs, including scheduling teaching time and selecting or creating curriculum aids. Responsibilities also include collaborating on learning needs assessment, applying learning principles to content development, supervising children for safety, and conducting progress evaluations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a florida teaching certificate (Teach cert) from the state of florida. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and youth is required, along with strong critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly and under minimal supervision.
