Medical Assistant Trainer - Primary Care - FT - Day - $2,500 Sign on Bonus - East Hollywood

This role involves serving as a trainer, mentor, and educational resource for medical assistants, focusing on developing and maintaining training materials and curricula for new and existing staff within the physician enterprise. Responsibilities include delivering training to ensure proficiency in established competencies, monitoring performance post-Hire, and onboarding staff on essential clinical tasks and the epic system.

Candidates must have experience as a medical assistant, with two years of experience acceptable in lieu of graduation from an accredited medical assistant or emt program. Required certifications include graduation from an accredited medical assistant program and an active florida emt license, along with successful completion of a fingerprint screen.
