Youth Mentor - 2nd Shift

The youth mentor will provide direct supervision and care for youth, assisting them with daily activities and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities also include mediating youth problems, conducting therapeutic programming, and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Candidates should have an associate's degree or higher with experience working with at-Risk youth, preferably in residential treatment settings. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to trauma-Informed care are essential, along with the ability to work in a secure environment.
