Home Visitor (Spanish Speaking)

The home visitor provides parenting education and support to families in home and group settings while managing a caseload of families. They collaborate with parents and community resources to develop plans and monitor service provision.

A high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience in case management or counseling services are required. Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially those who speak spanish, portuguese, or haitian creole.
