DSP - Adult Development Program Behavioral Instructor (Sign-on Bonus!)

The instructor provides direct behavioral and instructional support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence and social functioning. They are responsible for implementing individualized service plans, managing classroom activities, and maintaining accurate data on participant progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and the capacity to complete rbt and crisis intervention training.
