• Conservatory Lab Charter School seeks aspiring special education teachers who are passionate about supporting students in an inclusive setting. Conservatory teachers work in teams to ensure that the school’s academic standards are rigorous, clear, measurable, and aligned with state standards.

Position Overview

The Special Education Fellow will play a key role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students with diverse learning needs. This is an ideal position for an aspiring educator currently enrolled or have recently completed a degree program to obtain certification in special education. The Fellow will gain hands-on experience, professional development, and mentorship while working in a collaborative, student-centered environment. The Fellow will receive comprehensive training in the evaluation process and learn how to write data-driven goals for students for Individualized Education Plans.
