Provide academic and behavioral support to students by implementing tailored curriculum instruction under the supervision of a special education teacher. Participate in daily classroom operations and develop behavior management plans to foster students' social and emotional growth.
A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required, along with experience working with students with special needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites is necessary, and candidates must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR and Physical Restraint certifications.
