The open faculty position offers a regular, full-time, 9-month appointment with primary teaching obligations during the core academic year from August – May. The successful candidate is responsible for a workload of 24 credit hours or equivalent per academic year; will teach undergraduate theory and clinical courses, typically in fundamentals, adult health, geriatric, and medical/surgical topics; and develop curricula while also assessing learning outcomes.
The College Administration plans for a robust, in-person experience for students. To support this goal, faculty are expected to have a regular presence on campus to engage with students both inside and outside the classroom and to participate in meetings/committee work, advising, college events and other activities.
