  • This role serves as a primary administrative support for the principal as well as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors while supporting the mission, values, and Catholic identity of the school through professionalism, organization, and effective communication.Job Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the school principal and administrative team.
  • Greet visitors, students, and families in a professional and welcoming manner in collaboration with the office receptionist.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents in accordance with school policies.
  • Maintain, manage, and support enrollment records of current and prospective families, tuition, and scholarship/aide for school.
  • Assist with student attendance, enrollment documentation, and record management.
  • Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and preparation for meetings and school events.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents as requested.
  • Assist with school communications, including newsletters, emails, and internal notices.
  • Inventory, manage, and order, books, educational supplies, office supplies and support day‑to‑day office organization.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to support school daily operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with diocesan, school, and legal guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive, mission-aligned school culture centered on the Catholic faith and values.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
