Assist the head coach in the daily operations, recruiting, and administrative management of the women's basketball program. Monitor student-athlete academic progress and ensure compliance with NJCAA rules and sportsmanship guidelines.

Work Hours: 30 hours per week
The overall purpose of this job is to assist the head softball coach in all areas of running an NJCAA collegiate softball program.
High-school graduate, associate's degree or bachelor's preferred, and other coaching qualifications. Prefer at least two years of basketball coaching experience and experience recruiting student-athletes preferred
