- Clare of Assisi Catholic School is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher Aide to support the classroom teacher in creating a nurturing, faith-filled, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

- The Pre-K Teacher Aide plays an important role in supporting instructional activities, classroom management, supervision, and daily routines that promote children’s academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development.Job Responsibilities Assist the Pre-K teacher in implementing daily lessons, learning centers, and classroom activities Supervise children during classroom time, outdoor play, specials, meals, rest time, and transitions Help maintain a welcoming, safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Provide individualized student support by reinforcing learning concepts and guiding behavior Prepare instructional materials, supplies, and learning stations under teacher direction Support cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in accordance with early childhood and school guidelines Model and reinforce the Catholic values and mission of the school Communicate positively and professionally with students, staff, and families Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events as required Perform additional duties as assigned by the teacher or school administration Job Requirements Experience working with young children in a preschool, school, or childcare setting preferred Warm, patient, and nurturing approach with a genuine love for early learners Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to follow directions and support classroom instruction and management Physical ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and engage in active play with children Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential Commitment to the mission and values of St.
