  • Child Focus is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Family Service Worker to support children and families in our Early Learning program.
  • In this role, you will help connect families to resources, strengthen parent engagement, support school readiness, and create opportunities for children and caregivers to thrive.

  • What You’ll Do Plan and coordinate family engagement activities and events.
  • Build relationships with community partners and participate in community outreach efforts.
  • Recruit and enroll children and families into Early Learning programs.
  • Assess family strengths and needs while supporting goal setting and connecting families with community resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with young children and families.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and community stakeholders.
  • Meet local childcare licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in occasional evening and weekend activities.
