The BCBA is responsible for the daily management of an assigned caseload. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring systems of support and behavior plans for supported individuals.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Special Education and maintain current BCBA certification. A valid driver's license and satisfactory background checks are also required.
