The BCBA is responsible for the daily management of an assigned caseload, including the development and monitoring of Positive Behavior Intervention and Support systems. They work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory standards are met and complete necessary assessments for individuals.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Special Education and maintain current BCBA certification. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and satisfactory background checks are also required.

Lift/carry up to 10 pounds; speaking; standing; sitting for long periods of time; reaching; bending; walking; reaching with arms and hands, balancing; using fingers to handle or feel.
