Requirements

Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for responsible, mature, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about empowering at-risk youth. If you’re someone who can set healthy boundaries, communicate clearly, stay calm in tough moments, and lead by example — you’ll thrive here.

Must-Haves

• 21+ years of age Valid Minnesota driver’s license High school diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence in providing structure and setting firm, positive limits
• Nice-to-Haves (but not required): Education in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields Relevant experience working with youth or in residential care settings If you bring heart, integrity, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to grow.
