Market context

Missouri nursing faculty roles remain competitive

Assistant Professor roles in associate degree nursing programs in Missouri are often shaped by steady demand for qualified nurse educators and by the need to balance teaching with current clinical credibility. These positions are competitive because schools typically look for a master’s-prepared nurse with recent medical/surgical experience and licensure that can support practice-based instruction. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm licensure details and highlight recent bedside experience in your application.
