Associate Teachers support classroom teachers in planning and executing rigorous lessons while providing direct instruction and tutoring to students. They also serve as co-advisors and participate in school-wide operational duties and professional development.

Our Associate Teacher roles are designed to provide learning and experience-building in a variety of classroom settings, grounded in strong pedagogy and under the supervision and guidance of mentor teachers and our Director of Learning and Academics

to prepare each student for college. We offer an academically rigorous college preparatory curriculum for 700 students in fifth through twelfth grades. 100% of our graduates have been accepted to college; the majority of them will be the first in their families to complete a college degree.
